An Edupreneur is someone who has knowledge and experience and shares it with their audience.

Edupreneurship is about profitably educating your market.

1) You add value to others: By sharing your knowledge and information, you can literally change other people's lives. You help companies and individuals improve their business, their skills, their career, and much more.

2) You create residual income: You produce your product once and each time it is sold, you either receive the full amount or a portion of the revenue. Just like a writer who writes his book only once and then sells it hundreds and millions of times. This is usually called royalties. In today's age, you can offer membership subscriptions, e-books, online courses or evergreen webinars, and more. This is a real lever for your time and energy!

3) You have freedom and flexibility: You can work from anywhere and at any time through different time zones. Because everything is online and, in the best case, automated. You only have to set it up once. If you still want or need to be in your current job, you can transition at your own pace and time until you decide to jump in full time.

4) You have the lowest startup costs of any business type: Some tools are free, so you can start with no deposit. However, this is not advisable. As with any business, no investment means no impact! So financially, the risks are very, very low compared to physical business startups. You can be a solo entrepreneur and do everything yourself or you can outsource almost everything.

5) You have highly effective software and tools at your command: The e-learning industry is one of the fastest booming industries - $250 billion in 2020! Technology has improved rapidly, making it easy for anyone to get started. Many software tools are built as drag-and-drop technology to make the process as simple as possible. The learning curve for most programs and tools is quite low. Even non-technical people can handle them.

6) You can automate most processes: Technologies and software allow you to automate and outsource up to one hundred percent of your business. Of course, as an edupreneur you should be able to apply and operate it yourself to better delegate and outsource the tasks at hand. That means learning up front so you know what you're talking about, but once you've got it all set up, technology gives you the freedom back.

7) You can scale your business big and fast: Once you have the system up and running and your niche market responds to your outreach, you have proof that your system works. Now you can start to scale it. From there, it's just a numbers game. For example, if you know that out of a thousand people who see your product, 40% will come to your webinar and 10% will buy, then all you have to do is fill your webinar and repeat it over and over again! So the only limitation is you and your ability to scale.

8) The world is your audience: Based on your product and the language you use, you are no longer limited locally. You will be surprised that some countries or/and markets will respond much better to your services and products than others. So you will nurture them more than others.

Edupreneurs connect the world! Today, you no longer have geographical limitations. And with that, you have no more excuses!
