I know this is possible because this is what I have achieved in my life and my businesses, and this is what I have helped hundreds of other people create for themselves.



Now let's start and understand the three aspects that are there.


 

The following aspects you need to understand and work on:

The first step: Who are you? And who are your customers? 

The second step is: What are their problems?

And the third aspect, of course, is the solution you offer. 


This triangle is the foundation of your business.

 

If you don't know who you are talking to, you don't know how to become successful!

 

If you don't know your specific niche, then the best solution, the best services, the best products will not help your customers and you will not succeed because it is the wrong product for the wrong niche. If you don't understand your customers' problems and don't know how to communicate your solution to them, you won't succeed.


All the steps must be done correctly and must be connected.

 


Part 1: WHO

 

Three questions are important for you to answer. These questions are very simple, but they are extremely important. I have seen it so many times that my clients have not paid attention to this important piece of the puzzle. 


When you start your coaching business, you need to answer these questions thoroughly. If you are struggling in your coaching business right now, you may not have answered these three questions well and accurately enough!


That's why I want to share them with you:

 

1. Who are you? And who do you want to become?

 

Who are you as a person with your personality?

What experiences have you had, what have you learned, studied, or what are your interests?

Do your experiences match your personality?

 

For example, some people are very shy but have a wealth of experience. If they don't train themselves to open up and communicate better, they won't be successful with their coaching practice. If you are not able to sell yourself well enough, you will not be able to grow your coaching business and it will eventually die.


 Who do you want to become?


As an entrepreneur, you are on a journey. As a coach, you are on a journey with your client. That's the reason I love coaching so much. Because you're helping the coachee grow while also growing with them.


Also, who do you want to become on this journey? What kind of person do I need to become to provide the best learning experience for my client?

 

What would you like them to say about you?


You can ask yourself this important question that will help you go deeper: What do you want other people to say about you on your last day on this planet?


Do you want them to say: "He helped thousands of people become a better version of themselves! or, She made the world a better place by building a mission-driven business for women."

  

So, if you want people to say certain things about you, who do you have to become to make that happen?


And that starts right today!  

 

The more you know how that better version of yourself should behave, the more you will move in that direction.

And that alone will make you unique! No one can take that away from you!


People buy from people. Honest people buy from sincere people.


You can shape the world by starting to help one person, then the next, then many others...

 

That's why I believe coaching is the most rewarding job you can do. Because when you help one person, that person changes their behavior and that affects their business, their family, their friends, and their community.

 

But you need to start with this ripple effect!

2. Who are they - your customers? Who do they want to become?

 

Yes, these are the same questions as before - except this is about your customers. You need to clearly understand what your niche market is.

So many make the mistake of generalizing. People are not general, they are individuals. And they want to be addressed as individuals.

When you communicate, you want to be very specific with your prospective clients and customers. 

 

Am I right, that when you have a toothache, you don't go to a general practitioner, you go to a dentist because you know that the dentist will help you?


Your customers are looking for specific answers to their specific needs!


As I said before, not only are you on a journey but so are your customers.

So, who do they want to become?

You need to know that because you are the guide that will help them get from point A to point B.

That's why you need to ask the right questions at the right time to make that happen! 

 

And that is so wonderful because you are on a journey and they are on a journey so you are growing together! Isn't that powerful? 


And that's exactly why lifelong learning exists. That's why I love this business.


As you can see, after 30 years in this business, I'm still very excited.


3. What are your customers' pain points and their needs?

 

You need to have a clear understanding of your customers' pain and immediate needs.


- If people aren't in enough pain, they won't move.

- If the need isn't great enough, they won't buy.

 

If you are reading this now, you have a reason. You have a need. 

 

This could be, for example, "I want to know more. I want to learn more. I want to build a successful business and help people grow".


You have a need. 

 

What could be your pain? I don't have enough freedom. I don't have enough money. I don't have the car I want...

My need and our mission are to help 10,000 Edupreneurs live a life of freedom and choice. 




If you are employed right now, you understand that you may not have enough freedom and choice in your life.


Or maybe you're working overtime too often, 60 to 100 hours a week, and that's why you're on a hamster wheel.


But you can change that!

 

In today's creators economy and the learning revolution, we are in, a unique opportunity is available to us!

How can I do that?


Because I've gone through all of the stages. And by studying from the best in the industry, I've been able to add many certificates to my resume.


I was curious and wanted to learn more.

And I wanted to provide my clients with the best possible answers. And if I couldn't find an answer, I went on a quest until I did.

 

There are times when I don't know the answer. Then I either say that I will get back to you or I provide information about who to contact.


You must remain honest and sincere with yourself and your customers.


Therefore, you must ask yourself, "Who am I?"


Know your strengths and weaknesses. This influences the way you coach immensely.

1) One of the most important things you should ask yourself is, "How?"

 

What kind of atmosphere do you want to create? Is it a one-on-one coaching session? Or, is it group coaching, one to many?

 

When you first start your coaching business, think about what you're most comfortable with.

Which environment best suits me and my personality? And, of course, which setting is most appropriate for my clients and services.


Start with something you're more familiar with. Begin with simple tasks.

Start with something you're comfortable with, and when you've mastered it in the online world, move on to the next setting.

Don't try to master anything just because some online guru says you should.


Don't just hop on the bandwagon because it seems to be working for others.


If you're uneasy, they'll notice right away, and it could endanger your relationship.

 

The way you structure a one-on-one session is different from how you plan a group session. The flow of energy is different.


The level of concentration is different. There are several things to consider before you begin so that you are well prepared.


The setting, and thus the structure, must correspond to your plan!


2) When and where does it take place? Does it happen offline or online?

 

At first, I started offline because at that time, 25, 30 years ago, nobody practiced online.

And I had to accept that what I had learned in my training didn't always match the reality of my clients. So I had to adapt and learn. 


We help people get from point A to point B.

They are on an unknown journey and feelings emerge. 


You have to ask yourself how well you deal with emotions!

 

- What techniques and methods do you use for and with your clients?

- What are your strategies for dealing with skepticism?

- How do you deal with pain?


These are crucial questions for which you must be prepared.

And, if you discovered that you don't know the answers in your personal audit, start by learning them. Get some help for yourself.


And take it one step at a time. If you are afraid, you will not be able to move forward.


You'll never get started. There is no such thing as a flawless coaching session!

 

How can you know if your service, your help, was worthwhile? 

It's actually quite simple.

Clients either inform you or demonstrate it to you right away.


When their cheeks are flushed, their eyes are brightening, and they're telling you about their aha moments and the most important lessons they've learned... 

then you know you've done a good job. Then they're on the right track.


Everything revolves around them!


Their own outcome is the most important.


That took a long time for me to realize. Because I always wanted to be perfect to provide the best service to my clients. As a result, I distanced myself from them.


And when I paid more attention to them, the coaching sessions and results improved dramatically.



3) Is it online?

 

When I first started transitioning my practice from offline to online, many of my colleagues, including myself, were suspicious.

I've heard things like: "You'll lose contact with your coachee. You don't get a complete picture of them. All of their emotions and reactions are visible. Communication is not the same as cooperation."

 

So, how did things turn out?


It was a little shaky at first, but I don't recall any sessions going wrong. On the contrary, they got better and better. And I witnessed it in my clients' achievements as well.

 

What do you win when you go online?

You gain the ability to control your own time. Reducing your expenses allows you to make more money.


You expand your global reach. You have the freedom to work from anywhere at any time.

 

Why does it work for the client?


People suffer because they are in discomfort and pain.


Transformation is something that people want and desperately need to do. And it doesn't matter if you're helping them offline or online if you have the tools and knowledge to get them there.

 

And then there was the pandemic. Millions of people have discovered that it's easier, smarter, and faster to go online. 


As a result, everyone approaches online coaching differently today than they did 2 years ago. They even expect you to do the same.

 

When creating an online program, you only need to do it once, but it can be purchased thousands of times. 

And you've only done the work once. That translates into a lot of money coming in passively.


Would it change your business and your life if you had a system that took your customers from point A to point B without you having to do anything?


4) Duration

 

You must plan the duration of your service depending on your experience, your tools, and your structure.


It makes a significant difference if you are on a 1:1 call for an hour or twice a week for two hours for three months.

 

It really is different because of just how you set it up. It's how you frame it that makes a difference.


And there's a difference in the level of depth. Of course, your setting must correspond to your client's requirements.

 

Find the most effective solution to their problems. It will be easier for them to say yes to your service if you can connect their problem with your solution.


You must have a thorough understanding of how to set up a program that meets your clients' needs and effectively communicates your offerings.

So, whether you're setting up your programs, 1:1 or one to many, it's all up to you. It could be a WhatsApp group or a WhatsApp coaching session.

Today, you have a lot of choices, including hybrids.


You see, I'm excited because I see that each and everyday clients are coming and sharing with me their wonderful stories: how they move from A to B, how they built their online business.

And I have seen it myself, I've seen it with hundreds of coaches and trainers and business owners who have moved their business online in a certain way.
