
In the last few months, I have often been asked how to make money as a business coach. Mostly because a lot of people want to know and want to share their expertise and help more people, especially now in these difficult times.
And that's why I've put together ten core points from my clients and my experiences over 25 years in this market.
1. Know your why.
If you don't know your why, you don't know where to go. You do not don't know why you should go there.
Some people have goals, but without a strong reason you don´t come far.
Why? Especially in difficult times, when the market is running against you, you must have a strong foundation. Your strong why!
2. Know your customers.
Many people do not know their customers well enough. This is one of the mistakes that many business owners make because they think they know their customers. But they often don't know enough about their market.

3. Know your the problem and have a solid solution.
You need to know the problems of your clients and customers and have a solid and simple solution.
Some coaches and consultants have solid solutions and great expertise. But they don't know their clients' problems well enough.
Others know a lot about the problems, but they don't have a solid, quick, and easy solution.
So these two parameters are linked, and you need to focus on them.
4. Know your your positioning.
Where are you in your market? Where are you positioned?
I've developed a four-step system to help you understand where you are in the market and why you're there, why you're not at the next level.
And most importantly, what is the last level, the most important, so you don't have to sell anymore.
When you are up there and something amazing happens: People come to you and want what you have.
5. Charge according to the result.
Many people have asked me how much should I charge for my services?
You need to bill according to your clients' results. Not according to your results. The clients' results are much more important. How much have they gained? What results did they get now before they worked with you?
In my business, I help entrepreneurs increase their results by up to 75% or more in just a few weeks.
That's why I charge by results.
If you don't have results yet, you don't have to pay anything. Make your coaching free for a while and ask for a testimonial. That way you trade your work for the value it has created with them.
The better your results, the more you can charge.
6.Your must have a community.
If you have a strong community. That's the best solution to our future problems.
The economy as we see it here right now is going to change, the environment is going to get harsher, as many experts predict.
That's why you need a strong community.
The other reason is that the stronger your community is, the easier it will be to offer your new products. People will want to buy them simply because they trust you.
So if you don't have a community yet, you need to serve it first.
As a coach and as a consultant, we want to serve.
We want to help and support other people. That is the reason why we do what we do.
That's also true for this one. I only shared this information with my elite clients until now.
Knowing that these times are challenging, I want you to know and be prepared.
7. You have to have online products available.
I've talked to hundreds of entrepreneurs over the last 12 months and I've come across two groups: Group number one is those who have disappeared from the market.
Group number two is those who are successful now.
The reason group number one is struggling now or has been kicked out of the market is because they didn't have online products available and weren't ready for the big shift in the market. They didn't know how to set up systems and how to automate them.
Group number two are those, many of whom are my customers and clients. They build their online products early enough. And that's why their businesses are booming.

8. You need to have systems in place.

9.You need a coach.

If you want to get to the next level, you need someone to be your sparring partner, someone to push you, someone to take you to the next level.
And that's what coaches and mentors do. You don't have to know everything, and you shouldn't know everything. That's why you work with others, like coaches and mentors.
10. You need to know how to sell.
Coaches, consultants, and experts know very well how to help their clients. And they know how to ask the right questions. But most of them don't know what the most important question is.
